- Ab is milk mein ghee, soaked suji add kar ke achi trha mix karay, phr dry milk powder add kar dain. achi trha mix kar lain..... ye aik trha se khoya ban jaye ga..
- Ab is mein maida, baking soda or jaifal jawatri ka powder add kar ke achi trha mix kar lain. ab is mixture ko 15 se 20 min ke liye fridge mein rakh dain. takay mixture thora hard ho jaye..
- Ab sugar syrup ke liye aik alg pan mein sugar, pani, Elaichi or half lemon daal ke thora sa thick sheera bana lain. khyal rakhay ke sheera bht zyada thick na ho.... is ki taar nahi bnani, bs 3,4 boil ke baad flame off kar dain, phr sheeray ko stain kar ke kisi bare pan mein pour kar dain..
- Ab fridge se mixture nikal ke uski choti choti smooth balls banayein, phr in balls ko bht hlke grm ghee mein daal dain. khyal rakhay ke ghee bht zyada grm na ho or flame bhi bht tz na ho.....
- Ab bht hlki heat pe sb gulab jaman ko light brown hone tak fry kar lain..
- Jab sb fry ho jaye to nikal ke direct sheeray mein daal dain.... yaha khyal rakhay ke sheera bht grm na ho, vrna gulab jaman bht zyada soft ho ke break ho jaye gi... neem grm sheeray mein 10 se 12 min tak gulab jaman ko dip kar dain, phr nikal ke almonds and silver paper se garnish kar ke serve karay.
